Frequently Asked Questions
What is ProjectMatch LLC?
ProjectMatch LLC helps real estate investors review their projects before applying for financing.
We look at the numbers, strategy, risks, and financing readiness of a deal so investors can better understand whether the project is prepared for the next step.
Are you a lending company?
No. ProjectMatch LLC is not a lending company.
We do not approve loans, issue loan commitments, or make lending decisions. Our role is to help investors review their project, understand possible red flags, and prepare before speaking with lenders or capital partners.
What do you review?
Depending on the project, we may review:
- Purchase price
- ARV
- Renovation budget
- Rental potential
- Cash flow
- Exit strategy
- Financing readiness
- Possible red flags
- Basic project presentation before lender submission
Who is this service for?
This service is for:
- Investors with a deal they want reviewed before applying for financing
- First-time investors who need guidance before moving forward
- Investors comparing purchase price, ARV, rehab budget, and exit strategy
- Agents or wholesalers with deals that may need financing
- Investors who want a second opinion before making an offer
How can I work with you as an investor?
You can start by booking a free consultation.
During the consultation, we discuss your project, your goals, and whether I may be able to help. If the project is a good fit, I may offer a deeper project review and preparation service.
Do you help investors get financing?
I help investors understand whether their project appears funding-ready before applying.
If the project looks strong and you are ready to move forward, I may introduce the project to trusted capital partners for possible funding options. However, financing is never guaranteed and all decisions are made by the lender or capital partner.
Do you provide loan approval or lending advice?
No.
ProjectMatch LLC does not provide loan approvals, lending advice, or financial advice. This is a project review service designed to help investors better understand their numbers, risks, and financing readiness before applying.
Do you help find properties?
Right now, the main focus of ProjectMatch LLC is project review and financing readiness.
If a client needs local support, agents, or other real estate professionals, I may be able to suggest resources when appropriate, but deal sourcing is not the main offer at this time.
Do you represent buyers in transactions?
I am a licensed California Realtor and may represent buyers in California transactions when appropriate.
For projects outside California, I may coordinate with local licensed agents or professionals when needed, but ProjectMatch LLC’s current focus is project review and preparation before financing.
Do you work outside California?
Yes. While I am licensed as a Realtor in California, ProjectMatch LLC can review investment projects in other states from an analysis and financing-readiness perspective.
If local real estate representation is needed, investors should work with a properly licensed agent in that state.
What happens after I submit my project?
I review the information you provide and determine whether the project appears to be a good fit for further review.
If it makes sense to move forward, we may discuss the next step, which could include deeper analysis, project preparation, or possible introduction to capital partners.
