What are your fees?

There are three ways to work together:

Consultation ($99)— if you need help analyzing deals or strategy

Deal sourcing fee ($999) — waived if you move forward with full representation

Full representation (3%) — for investors who want complete support on a purchase

Do you represent buyers in transactions?

Yes. I offer full representation for investment properties and work with local agents when needed across different states.

Do you work outside California?

Yes. While I am licensed in California, I work with investors nationwide through a network of local agents.

ProjectMatch Academy is a platform for agents who want to learn how to work with investors and real deals using structured analysis.

Yes. Active agents in the community may receive investor buy boxes and work directly with me on real opportunities.
